Reservation Details
To secure a date, a non-refundable deposit of $395 will be due upon the signing of the contract. Payment plans are offered as long as 50% of the payment is received no later than 120 days prior to the wedding. The total amount must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the wedding.
Couples have the option to book one day or full weekend events. For one-day weddings, the rental is 9am-midnight. When choosing to book for the full weekend, you will have the estate from 11am on Friday until noon on Sunday

Wedding Rental Includes:
Estate
In the rental, you will have exclusive use of all indoor and outdoor facilities throughout the property.
Table & Chairs
There will be white tables and chairs included in the rental that can accommodate up to 200 guests comfortably. For larger weddings, additional tables and chairs will need to be rented.
Sound System
A state-of-the-art sound system will be included, both inside and out the building
Suites
The venue is equipped with a newly renovated large bridal suite and a groom suite.
Wheelchair Accessible
There is wheelchair accessible parking lot and throughout the venue.
Vendors
A list of preferred vendors will be provided.
Photography
Blissful Lens Photography offers special rates to our wedding clients, or you can choose from our preferred list of photographers.
Optional Event Enhancements
Hospitality Attendant
Ensures the venue remains pristine and guest-ready throughout your event by maintaining restrooms, refreshing amenities, managing waste, and promptly addressing any spills or needs that arise.
Bar Service Fee
A curated beverage service fee ensures a refined and seamless bar experience for you and your guests. This includes TABC certified bartender and required on-site security.
Event Setup and Restore Service
Includes seamless setup and post-event breakdown of all tables and chairs, ensuring a polished and effortless experience.
